March 2020 - Resources for during the time away due to COVID-19

Dear Students, Parents and Caregivers,

We are in this together. Although we are not in school currently to be able to support you in person, we will still provide you with whatever support we can during the time away. Below you will find a resource packet compiling various things to do while not in school, ways to practice mindfulness, Apps for anxiety, along with many other resources and tips. Below the resource packet we have included links with resources for parents/caregivers regarding COVID-19, Community Contacts, Helplines, physical and emotional wellness links and testing information. We will be in touch with students via email to send reminders, updates and additional resources. Please know that although you cannot see us face-to-face during this time, you can still reach out to us via email and we are here for support!
